I had a few goals in mind when I started to take Zumba, but the one goal that I improved on the most is definitely on my personality. I have always been the type of person that is extremely shy at first and once I break out of my shell it is almost as if it's a new person. After taking this class, I am not as shy and certainly don't get embarrassed as easily. I also am the type of person to hesitate to try new things, especially in front of people and I am so glad that I can now try new things and not be so scared of people watching.
